Quite possibly the oldest wine region in the Med, the now overlooked Sardinia has created remarkable wine for over 3 millenia. Long skin contact and a slight oxidation creates this beautiful golden color. Rich oily texture with a solid acid backbone surrounded by a sea breeze note and herbal tones showing basil, rosemary, sage and cedar. Yet underneath all are vibrant citrus and melon. Completely out of the ordinary, yet a style barely changed since the ceasars. Try it!





I Clivi Friulano I Clivi Friulano $21.00

What used to be called Tocai Friulano, and a perfect example of a Northeastern Italian white wine. Crisp stone fruits, an under current of granite with the faintest hint of round melons and pears. Great food wine.

Made from the grape Arneis, from Roero in the Northwest part of Italy, nice acidity with loads of peaches and pears, and pineapples. A wonderful grape making a great wine, try with our soft or hard cheeses and any of our meats.

    This four grain whiskey uses a blend of rye, wheat and barley sourced from the Colorado Malting Company, and corn from Briess Malting in Wisconsin - encompassing the "mother grains" of bourbon. The whiskey ages about 3 years, all year round to capture the seasonal nuances from the ever-changing Colorado mountain air, in new, 53 gallon charred oak barrels source from Independent Stave Company.
