Overstone Sav Blanc $12.00
Simonsig Chenin Blanc $13.00
Chenin or “Steen” has been South Africa’s white of choice since the 1600s. One sip is all it takes. Bright and clean acidity with remarkable passion fruit, honey, apricot, pear and limestone on the nose. Soft rich flavors and a lingering finish. You’ll swear it’s big-dollar Vouvray.
Three Brooms $16.00
This single vineyard, certified sustainable sav blanc shows lovely white flower, chili pepper, and gooseberry on the nose with some sandy mineralogy. Very nice weight and balance showing passion fruit, ripe apple flavors. Such a pleasant surprise is the roundness, the acid is lively and energetic but not abrasive.
Totara $18.00
Vividly ruby in the glass, a shining example of pinot noir coming out of New Zealand. Tart cherry, raspberry, cranberry, savory herbs, spice and earth, all with mouth watering acidity. Pairs excellent with roasted poultry and a Sunday afternoon.
