Fundraising and Charitable Events

For organizations based in Denver, Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton and throughout the Front Range, Bitto is an easy and fun place to host a fundraiser or charitable event. We have a number of innovative and effective ways to work with you!

“Share the Bill” minimum 20ppl

 Available most days, although a challenge on a Friday or Saturday, (we’d hate to have to turn away your potential contributors because we were full!) just have your supporters come wine and dine here at Bitto Bistro. Your group will collect 15% of the total bill (food and alcohol). We can also share the same promotion for the day at the Orchard Wine Cellar.

Bitto can create special wine tasting flights for your visit.
 

Wine Tastings/Workshops

With most of our staff holding at least a level 1 WSET Wine Certification, Bitto is the best place to have a fun and educational wine tasting. Suggested price $20-$30 a person, 50/50 split. Suggest a topic or choose from the following:

  • Spain & Portugal
  • Italy
  • France
  • California
  • Pinot in all colors.
  • Unusual grapes you should be drinking.
  • Bubbly!
  • Winemaking & Viticulture

Wine Auctions - New!!

our own cellphone auctionsWe will provide a number of wines to you at wholesale cost that will be part of a live auction and wine tasting. Have your supporters blind taste a number of wines and then use their smartphones to bid on the wines offered. The number of wines offered can be adjusted according to the number of guests. The revenue potential on this is truly remarkable. Imagine a $10 per bottle wine going for $25 a bottle? And imagine that if just 3 cases are sold in a single auction, your group would make $15 X 12 bottles per case X 3 cases = $540! Now imagine 3 or 4 auctions per night! Plus the wine tasting itself can be sold and costs split 50/50 with Bitto Bistro providing another revenue source. No upfront charge, minimum of 30 people required and not available Friday or Saturday nights.

Spanish Paella and Wine Tasting

From Sherry to Cava, from Rioja to Rias Biaxas, Spain has a wonderful variety of flavors and styles of wine. Barney has a 3 foot paella pan. Put the two together and you have an evening in Spain exploring the country’s wines and most famous dish. Barney will create a seafood paella for your group (40 - 60ppl). Your cost per person $10-20 depending on wines, suggested retail to your group is $35-65 per person.

    This four grain whiskey uses a blend of rye, wheat and barley sourced from the Colorado Malting Company, and corn from Briess Malting in Wisconsin - encompassing the "mother grains" of bourbon. The whiskey ages about 3 years, all year round to capture the seasonal nuances from the ever-changing Colorado mountain air, in new, 53 gallon charred oak barrels source from Independent Stave Company.

    This single vineyard, certified sustainable sav blanc shows lovely white flower, chili pepper, and gooseberry on the nose with some sandy mineralogy. Very nice weight and balance showing passion fruit, ripe apple flavors. Such a pleasant surprise is the roundness, the acid is lively and energetic but not abrasive.
