Alex Creamer play Bitto BistroPlease welcome singer-songwriter Alex Creamer and multi-instrumentalist Josh to Bitto Bistro! Alex was born and raised in the small town of Montrose, PA. At 15 she began performing monthly at a local café, and by 17 branched out to the nearby city of Binghamton, NY which quickly embraced her as part of its original music scene. She`s held the role of lead singer and rhythm guitarist in two cover bands and fronted the group “Seven Miles” which performed her original music and classic rock covers. Over the past six years since she started sharing her folk/blues inspired music she`s won several local vocal competitions including EPAC Idol and Tioga Downs Casino`s Rockokie Sing-Off, recorded a solo album and two EPs, producer her own record, organized and hosted a concert to help stop the construction of a toxic waste incinerator in the area, and single-handedly booked a cross-country tour of the United States and Canada where she performed with percussionist/guitarist Reid Miner.  After performing in the NEPA and Upstate NY area as a solo artist and as a member of original music project “Late October" in 2019 she moved to the Denver area to pursue her career further. She currently plays Eastern Colorado venues such as Buffalo Rose and The Forge as a solo artist and in the funk/soul band Jamona.

Her music has been described as enchanting and dynamic with edgy lyrics, delivered on stage with honesty and humor. She connects with her audience and makes it her personal goal to leave them with something sacred after every show.

Orchard Wine Cellar Movers and Shakers This Week

  • Tintero Moscato

    #1 Tintero Moscato

Sori Gramella refers to the one of the only single vineyard Moscatos, and Marco is the only producer to bottle this striking limestone amphitheater commercially. Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible.
    (Holding the #1 spot)

  • Armas de Guerra Rose

    #2 Armas de Guerra Rose

My heavens! 50+ year old, organic Mencia vines from some of the highest vineyards in Bierzo. Subtle aromas of strawberry, pink grapefruit and white pepper play with clean river rock minerality touched by zesty key lime. Balance and finish are tied together with a vibrating acidity. Structured and executed like a world class ballerina doing flamenco. Sells out every year for good reason. Lighter than Provence, a different planet than White Zin. The only hard part is only opening one bottle at a time. (behind by 14 bottles)

  • Baglio delle Fate

    #3 Baglio delle Fate

A native grape of Sicily, this 100% Nero d'Avola is a great deal! Brambly red, blue and black fruits, savory dried herbs and earth. Full body, juicy, smooth tannins! (behind by 2 bottles)

  • Rainstorm

    #4 Rainstorm

Cool climate Willamette fruit blended with warm dry Umpqua fruit gives this Pinot the best of both worlds at a good price! Full ripe juicy flavor but with nice subtlety and nuance. Extremely easy drinking and the perfect partner to grilled salmon or pork loin. Herbs de Provence really bring out the character of this wine. (behind by 1 bottles)

Fun New Arrivals

  • Obsidian Cab

    Obsidian Cab

A wonderful classic CA Cab with solid structure from the altitude and Hungarian oak. Reserved and dark on the nose with aromas of blackberries, hints of black licorice and coffee. Really nice and elegant. Touch on the masculine side with no jammy, jelly jar junk here. Wonderfully different.

  • Bermatinger

    Bermatinger

Do you love Burgundy, but not the price tag attached to it? This spatburgunder from Baden gives you a stellar example of what pinot can be outside of France. Red fruits and floral notes accompanied by that earthy, forest floor, mushroom that Burgundy is known for. Beautifully balanced, definitely one that should have a place at your table.

  • Gewurz

    Gewurz

A CA Gewurztraminer crafted in the style of those from the Alps. Great crisp minerality, rose petal and lychee notes, with bright acidity to hold it together. All organic from the rugged and cooler Potter Valley in Mendocino. Try with grilled chicken or pork chops to see what a great food wine this is!

  • Maimai Syrah

    Maimai Syrah

So pretty. Brings a clear nose of Gimblett Gravels terroir beneath lush soft blue and black fruit with lovely violet and lavender notes. Palate is clean, balanced and very approachable. Just a hint of the Northern Rhone's meatiness but mostly bright fruit and enough acidity to hold it in check. Maybe the best NZ Syrah out there??
