A wine that exceeds all expectations. Aged for at least two years, the palate is developed and shows rich complex flavors, creamy texture with amazing raspberry and toasty aromas. A fine salmon color with very aggressive mousse.
Wall St Journal calls this the best American Sparkler under $20. 2011 was in top 50 of Wine Spectator top 100. 4th generation French Champagne producers emigrated to U.S. and chose N.M. over CA for diurnal temp changes, soil types and affordability of land.
