Yum! Soft peach and floral notes with a smooth finish. This Prosecco is classified "Extra Dry" which means its a touch sweeter than the "Bruts" that are next to it. A very easy drinking bubbly and a great price!
Prosecco is the name of a place and the name of the grape used. Extra Dry means a bit more residual sugar (RS) than a “Brut.” Made in the Charmat method involving making the wine then putting in big stainless tank and pressurizing before bottling. Prosecco the town is in NE Italy into the hills outside of Venice. Very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and apples.
