Shamrock Food Show

Ashley, Mo and I (Barney) got a chance to take a trip to the Shamrock Food Show this week in Denver. The highlight was certainly the seminar with Rick Bayless where he riffed a basic guacamole into a fun version with almonds and pink grapefruit while deconstructing it in a way that we all could build on in our own kitchens. We started with a lot of momentum with the hundreds of vendors and products but faded after a few hours. Our palates were bombarded! Here's a lot of what we tasted
